ACSI works closely with both local governments in the DVM region and several federal agencies. We have designed protocols to deploy same-day emergency translation services and remote video interpreting. We also provide sign language interpreting for the daily press releases conducted by Madame Mayor Bowser. Additionally, we offer content creation, 508 compliance, design, publishing, social media translations, and print services

ACSI has deployed remote learning for children by working closely with our regional public schools as strategic partners. We translate homeschooling packages that assist limited English skilled parents and engage them in their children’s new learning environment. We are also assisting with video remote interpreting services for foreign and sign language for early intervention programs, speech therapy, and parent-teacher conferences. Additionally, we provide Spanish closed captions and voiceovers of audio and social media translations into various languages.

ACSI works closely with local health departments in this scaled effort of translation and providing video remote interpreting to intake phone calls for people with symptoms during testing at different sites. We also collaborate with our MCO customers as they transition into telemedicine, for which we also provide video remote interpreting.
